Minimum Order: A minimum of 20 cookies is required per order.
Notice Period: Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for any order requiring custom designs.
Custom Design Fees: Custom designs may incur a one-off additional charge per design, which will be added to the total cost of your cookies.
Securing Your Order: Orders are not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, your order will not be guaranteed. Please ensure your deposit is paid immediately upon receiving your invoice to secure your spot.
