Please read the following carefully before submitting your enquiry. Providing detailed information helps us deliver the most accurate quote possible.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

Minimum Order: A minimum of 20 cookies is required per order.
Notice Period: Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for any order requiring custom designs.
Custom Design Fees: Custom designs may incur a one-off additional charge per design, which will be added to the total cost of your cookies.
Securing Your Order: Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, your order will not be guaranteed. Please ensure your payment is paid immediately upon receiving your invoice to secure your spot.

Please note we will try our best to fit within your budget, if you have a specific budget in mind please let us know and we can provide you with design options to suit.

Payment plans can be accommodated by request, but all payment must be paid in full before collection.
